great product!! it works !!! I noted an increase of about 35% in weight lifting in the middle range of weight. I'm not a pro, just a regular person trying to work put and increase my strength. no side effect just maybe 10 sec of a funny feeling in your arms but no gross changes in skin.I will continue to use this product but will not increase more than 1 cup for day at least for the first 3 months.I hope this can help to decide someone

Good energy, no sick feeling!

I have tried many pre-workouts and this one is my favorite so far. It tastes great and mixes well into water, unlike other formulas that can sometimes be grainy. It gives me the perfect boost without any anxiety or crash later. I’ve never felt hot or had skin redness from using it. I’ve also never felt nauseous. My best tip is to start with a very small dose, like half a scoop, then work your way up to the recommended dose as tolerated. For me, half a scoop has remained enough, which is great because the tub will last me a long time. I’m lucky because I’m pretty sensitive to caffeine. Anyway, I highly recommend this pre-workout and plan on reordering in the future!

Good choice

I've used C4, Spark, hydroxy, and stacker. This is my favorite so far. Preworkout or just a pick me up to keep going.

LOVE IT!

I love this product! I alternate between Erratic and C4 but this one really takes the cake. Mostly because of the flavor (I love the watermelon), it doesn’t have that preworkout yuck flavor, it genuinely tastes good. It also doesn’t make me feel itchy and tingly the way most preworkouts do. With Erratic, I feel like I’ve fallen into a cactus. With this product, I feel good and motivated. I can push myself to lift more, run faster and longer, and my energy lasts way longer. I love this product!!
