I mixed this with l-Carnitine and drank it on an empty stomach. Now this is unflavored so it’s going to taste REALLY BITTER. I would recommend using some flavored mix like sugar free Lipton or anything to make it taste better. Anyways, I jogged for about an hour and it kicked in at least 20 minutes and I haven’t felt super tired or exhausted after my jog. I usually drink plain water, but this is a game changer for me :)
I've been using this product for a couple years because it's a fair price, tastes great and high quality. So far I am really liking this post-workout drink. It says to mix it with 8 to 12 oz of water which I think it has a good refreshing light flavor of fruit punch. I also really like that it has fruit and vegetable juice for the color and does not have dye. I also like that after letting it sit for a while it doesn't have very much product that settles it all seems to be mixed in easily.
Best tasting BCAA I've tried. They seem to have less of the gross foam after mixing and don't have as much of the BCAA bitter taste. I started taking these while cutting. So far everything is going well, so they seem to be beneficial.
I have been using these BCAAs for 2 months now. Great taste. Easy to shake up and dissolve, and they provide the needed recovery after a hard lift session.
