Works well. After about 10-15 minutes my ears begin to tingle/slight burn and you know it's go time! Gets me pumped before a workout. Flavor is pretty good. Doesn't make you feel to jittery. I've seen good results while using it and I like that it's sugar-free.

Good Preworkout

I use this before lifting and it gives me some good energy...it says 1 scoop which does not seem to do much...I typically have to take 1 before lifting and then drink one more during. Tastes great and I love no creatine in it!!

This really is wonderful for getting me outta bed. Pre mix the night before and leave next on my night stand. Drink it when my alarm goes off, then like clockwork ready to go in 20 mins

Good , tastes like a rocket pop but a tad grainy

Great flavor tastes like a rocket pop but i drink it with more water then directed. Cause i dont like the wat it tastes as reccomended. My main issue at the end it tastes grainy at the end cause this flavor really dosent desolve well.

C4 is an absolutely excellent product. It does exactly what it says it will, if not better than they give themselves credit for. I absolutely recommend this for anyone looking for extra boost and no extreme crash afterwards. Best energy I have felt in a long time. Absolutely great product.
